The following relevant fees must accompany an application;

• Total value of Nominal Prizes (value of prizes being offered to participants) less than or equal to $500,000.00 will attract a fee of $20,000.00.
• Total value of Nominal Prizes (value of prizes being offered to participants) greater than $500,000.00 and less than or equal to $1,000,000.00 will attract a fee of $50,000.00.
• Total value of Nominal Prizes (value of prizes being offered to participants) greater than $1,000,000.00 will attract a fee of $100,000.00.

In addition to the fees already mentioned, the following fees will apply where applicable;

• Incomplete Application – $15,000.00.
• Late Application (less than 14 days before the start date) – $15,000.00.
• Extension of expiry date of Promotion – $15,000.00.
• Express Service Fees (applications submitted within 2 to 5 working days before the start date of promotion) – $25,000.00.
• Modifications or Amendments after approval for competition – $15,000.00.
• Withdrawal after approval of a promotion is non-refundable.
• Cancellation before approval of promotion will attract a 25% administrative fee on all applicable fees already paid.
