He is the Co-principal and Chairman of First Rock Group, as well as Co-principal and Vice Chairman of Premier Private Equity. His extensive directorships include Sand Bank Capital Cayman Limited, Growth Tech Limited, Innovative Systems Limited, Dream Entertainment Limited, Xodus Carnival Company, Century 21 Heave-Ho Properties Jamaica, Yes Iyah Limited, Dolla Financial Services, Ultra Financier, Optimum Distributors, My Ocean (Bahamas) Limited, and Platinum Restaurant Group Limited, operators of KFC Panama.
Ryan holds academic credentials in Finance and Management from the University of the West Indies, (Mona), the University of Wales, Harvard Business School, and The Wharton School. He is also a Justice of the Peace for the parish of St Andrew, and a member of the global leadership network, Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
